4.2 How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app or by contacting us:

1. Via App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account (permanent, irreversible)
2. Via Email: Contact support@gkquestionsguru.com with subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your username or email
3. Response Time: We will process deletion requests within 30 calendar days
4. Exception: Purchase records are retained for 7 years per Indian tax law (GST compliance)

6.2 How to Opt Out of Personalized Ads

You can disable personalized advertising on your Android device:

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Go to Google > Manage your Google Account
3. Select Data & Privacy tab
4. Scroll to Ad personalization
5. Turn OFF “Ads Personalization”

Result: You’ll still see ads, but they won’t be personalized. You may also reset your Advertising ID anytime in device settings.

6.3 Google Analytics

• We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app
• This data is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify individual users

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

7.1 Intended Age Group

This app is designed for users aged 13 years and above. It is intended for EPFO SSA (Social Security Assistant) and EO (Executive Officer) exam aspirants and other central government job candidates, who are typically 18+ years old.

7.2 Collection from Children Under 13

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years old
• We do not require age verification at sign-up; parents are responsible for ensuring age-appropriate use
• We do not collect sensitive information (location, camera, contacts) that could harm children

7.3 What to Do If Your Child Uses This App

If you are a parent and your child (under 13) has used this app and provided personal information, please contact us immediately at support@gkquestionsguru.com with:

• Child’s username or email
• Request for deletion

We will delete the account and associated data within 30 days.

You can use the app partially without creating an account:

• Take sample quizzes without signing in (limited)
