This Policy applies to all users of the IBPS Clerk Mock Test 2026 mobile application available on Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Usage Analytics: Features accessed, session duration, crashes, errors, and in-app interactions (via Firebase Analytics).
• Network Data: IP address, Internet Service Provider, approximate geographic location (city/country level).
• Advertising Data: Advertising IDs (GAID for Android) used for personalized ads and attribution (via Google AdMob).

2.3 Third-Party Data

• Google Services: Data from Google Sign-In (if used), including email and profile picture.
• In-App Purchase Data: Transaction history from Google Play Billing.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under DPDPA 2023, we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Consent: You have explicitly consented to this Policy.
• Contract Performance: Providing the App and its features requires processing certain data (e.g., quiz scores, login info).

We do NOT sell or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Analytics Data (Firebase): Automatically aggregated and deleted after 14–26 months.
• Advertising Data (AdMob): Deleted in accordance with Google’s ad retention policies (typically 2–3 years).
• Server Logs: Deleted after 90 days unless needed for security or legal purposes.

You can request data deletion by contacting us at support@gkquestionsguru.com. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Under DPDPA 2023, you have the following rights:

7.1 Right to Access

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Email support@gkquestionsguru.com with subject line “Data Access Request.”

7.2 Right to Correction

You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data through your account settings or by contacting us.

7.3 Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)

You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations. We will delete your data within 30 days.

7.4 Right to Data Portability

You can request your data in a machine-readable format (e.g., JSON, CSV) for transfer to another service.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Consent

7.6 Right to Restrict Processing

You can request that we limit how we use your data while we verify its accuracy or lawfulness.

7.7 Advertising Preferences

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android Settings → Google → Manage Your Google Account → Privacy → Ad settings). Note: You will still see non-personalized ads.

7.8 Do Not Track (DNT)

We honor DNT browser signals where applicable. However, many analytics and advertising services do not support this signal.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted.

This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that data immediately. 10. International Data Transfers

Our App is used globally. Your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside India, including:

• United States: Google services (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play) are hosted on servers in the US.
• Other Jurisdictions: Cloud storage and backup systems may be located worldwide.

By using this App, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries outside India. We ensure data protection standards are met through:

• Standard contractual clauses with service providers.
• Compliance with DPDPA 2023 and IT Act 2000 at the source.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of significant changes by:
