y^2 – 13y – 12y + 156 = 0

y(y – 13) – 12(y – 13) = 0

(y – 12) (y – 13) = 0

y = 12, 13

Hence, no relation can be established between x and y

Equation (I) × 3 = 18x – 15y = -141

Equation (II) × 5 = 25x + 15y = 55
